Triggering timed actions(eating, drinking, searching) while holding down 'G' causes the animations to be skipped entirely.
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Using an item with a timed action while holding down the 'G'(throw) button skips the 'Use' animation, causing the action to happen instantly.

For example, eating food or applying bandages requires a few seconds to accomplish. If you do either while holding down 'G', such actions would take no time to fulfill, prompting no animation, and skipping directly to the desired result.

UPDATE: Holding down 'G' with an item in your hands causes other actions, such as searching for apples or berries, to occur instantaneously. See images below.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Have Canned Baked Beans in possession.
  2. Hold down 'G' (without letting go).
  3. Select 'Eat All' with the mouse wheel.
  4. Your character will instantly consume the entire contents of the can.

Works with timed items as well, like bandages and water bottles.

UPDATE:

  1. Have any one-handed item in your hands.
  2. Hold down 'G' (without letting go).
  3. Press 'F' repeatedly under an apple tree.
  4. Shower yourself in apples.
Additional Information

Works nearly 95% of the time. Chances that the animation still happens are entire anomalous.

Does not seem to work with Rags.

The screenshots were taken miliseconds apart.

Was able to consume an entire vitamin bottle(20 vitamins) in mere seconds.

UPDATE: Able to continuously spam apple trees or berry bushes with no animations, therefore no delay.
