je n'arrive pas a trouver les couronnes ainsi que tous les items que j'ai acquis lors de l'achat du jeu il y a quelque temps.
je n'ai pourtant rien utiliser dans le magasin.
j'aimerais donc savoir comment les trouver. car j'ai payé pour avoir tous ses items qui ont disparus de mon jeu.

The account has been unbanned now, but please keep in mind that your account was banned based on numerous reports and suspicious gameplay activity. This lead to temporary ban of the account which is now lifted, but should we detect other reports or hints of any means of getting unfair advantage in the game, ban will be imposed again and will be permament.

The error occurred yesterday all the time even though the game was restarted, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it still didn't work, but today I just entered the game and it's working normally now, if it suddenly happens again I'll report it again, thank you very much.

its a low chance, my friend with 500 elim matches opened up nearly 700 gold crates now from Elim/Shootouts and only got knife plans and 2 consumable plans. ive got 250 elims played and 135 shootouts and have opened a few hundred golds and only got knife plans from it sofar
