This account called "ЖЁЯФЖ" has a current weekly KD of 49.0
Which is very suspicious, like even coolio, the number 1 in the game, doesn't have a 49 KD

And everyone is saying that this guy is cheating,
He even has 2031 lifetime headshot kills, while only having around 3000 kills in total, so almost 80% of his kills are headshots, which is absurd,
I don't have a video evidence of him cheating, but a large number in the community says this guy cheats and insta kills, even original_sin says he's a cheater that has been around for a very long time,

Can you possibly monitor his gameplay? Can you possibly check if he uses any wallhack or aimbot?
I wish there were a kill cam feature so we could see how the enemy kills us, that would help a lot in catching cheaters who use aimbot or wallhacks.
