Happened at different times in the game, twice while playing on a server, another 2 times while trying to join a server.
I added my dxDiag to the report.
Seems like this is the same Problem: http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=24865
webhyperion set Category to category:launcher on T81797: launcher stays open when starting game and steam registers it as playing arma 3.
