Resolved. Beclient.dll file was causing Arma 3 to crash. I downloaded their latest Beclient.dll file and stuck it in /appdata/local/arma3/Battleeye folder where the other .dll file was. Turns out the latest file was 4kb bigger so I knew that had to be an issue.
As of right now it works just fine joining through breaking point and Arma 3 multiplayer launcher. Will make a whole new ticket for new issues.

I could have sworn the event manager said Arma 3. Anyway I tried again, and looks like its the BEclient.dll error. After I submit this note I'm updating the entire report.
