Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\*YourID*\
In there, you have the following folders
221100 for stable client
1024020 for experimental

Delete the whole 221100 folder.
Verify the game data through Steam and delete the configuration files when prompted to do so (Make sure Steam Cloud Sync is disabled prior to doing this)
After doing this, make sure you launch the game through Steam and connect through the in game browser as third party launchers as DZSA can still cause problems.

Hi Adam the game doesn't actually crash, i can play it as normal however when i exit to windows there is a box open with the error message i've reported.

I will send you the RPT file once i'm home though. If you do think of anything it could be meanwhile please do let me know.
