I have created a mod that uses the CleanupLifetimeDeadPlayer variable correctly, allowing server owners to customize the clean-up time. Just add the mod to your server's -mod= launch parameters and it will read the variable from global.xml. The mod does not require the survivor types to be present in types.xml.
