I'm fine with this. But seeing as how women are held to a lower standard in the military, and how women are physically weaker than men, how about some realistic disadvantages?

Smaller load capacity, slower movement speed and less stamina when equipped with anything more than clothes. Increased weapon shake in any position but prone.
