I am having the same problems just updated catalyst to the latest version which came out a couple weeks ago thinking it might help. Didn't work. i think it may have something to do with the AMD Gaming program which tracks game progess and allows you to control settings from outside the game not sure if anyone else has this program. Going to uninstall and test tomorrow.
