Haha, I thought I was going crazy. Can confirm that I too have heard all of these sounds including random chicken sounds. I am on Experimental.

I had the same problem. Registered just to report it here. Had to kill myself to avoid fafffing. This one is scarier than the zeds.

Yes Franzuu, I agree. However, perhaps the default menu option for disinfectant should not be drink as it is to easy to hit by accident.
