I am having a similar issue.

Today when playing when ever I went into a server my character would load up and the screen was completely blurry. Thought it could have been because I lost a bit of blood. But it wasn't the case. My gamma is set to default. I have my settings on high. The only way I could fix it was going into video settings.

Just opening settings wouldn't work. Going into the inventory wouldn't work.

This was a daytime server.

I have the same issue.

I find that it is close to server resets. Happened to me before. This was just after the server I was playing on reset. Maybe 2-5min.

I had a similar issue today. I was knocked out and robbed by some guys, then the server reset. Once I was back in the game I was able to search and open doors for about 1 min, after that I could not pick anything up, nor open doors. The only fix was to log out and log back in.
