It basically won't let me open any doors or pick up or throw away items. However, if I log out and log back into the same server, then it will show that I opened a door or picked items up. This has happened to not just me but, my two other friends. We were at the time outside of balotta when suddenly we thought the server was resetting cause our friend was just randomly running off in a direction when he was actually standing by us. When we log back into the game we were still stuck in one place in our screens even though they were moving in theirs. They couldn't use any items or pull out any guns.
