connos added a comment to T169249: deloot=1 caps at nominal loot value.

I confirm this. Deloot items ignore the switches count_in_cargo=0, count_in_hoarde=0. count_in_map=0, count_in_player=0 and max at nominal value and behave like all switches are all set to =1.
