happened to me aswell. i once got out of reach in my house and i had to reconnect the controller. in the xbox menu it responded again and i was able to navigate but ingame my character didnt move again.

very true and happened to me aswell. tried everything but didnt work so i had to find myself another M4 in worn condition with an ACOG sight and an improvised silencer.
