Okay... will see what i can achieve. Although there is no running - the only movement i can see is tilting the head up and down. I can change also change stance and sit down with F3. No other movement (mouse or keyboard) translates to ANY movement whatsoever.

Thanks, I will try that though I find it strange that the items would show up in the "vincinity" area of the player in this case.
Nonetheless I think this too much of an important issue to still "only" have the acknowledged status almost a year after reporting - especially if not related to the door desync. How much good does perfect loot distribution do, when half of the items cannot be picked up. It seems strange to me.

It's been almost a year since this was reported, 7 since the last update.
In 0.58 exp. and 0.57 stable this is very much still an issue. In 0.58 exp it is so bad that i think this is a blocking issue for stable.
I was looting in Berezino for 20 minutes and half of the dozen+ items i found could not be picked up. All of them on the floor. Clothing, food items, paper and a cooking pot.
