I'm on the fence about this, on one end I understand that finding food and water in part of the game, on the other end, I can see how this is becoming a problem. I hardly have time to do anything else because I'm constantly looking for food which is realistic to a point. I would say this needs to be tweaked a little but not by much.

I understand what you are saying but if that is true, for the sake of the players they need to make it more clear whether or not you are dead. For instance, check out my case.

Some guy knocked me out, jacked my stuff and proceeded to bash my head it for a good while, like over a minute. It just kept saying I was unconscious. Eventually, I talked him into bandaging me. He said I stopped bleeding and was looking around but all I saw was the black screen. I had to respawn. I'm wondering if once going unconscious there is a bug preventing you from dying?
