@Geez
Can I pester you for another update?
Is the team aware of the issue or is it a lower priority issue?
No malice, just asking for a little transparency as it seems to be gaining a bit of traction now.

It has to be 24H2 and Arma not liking each other with the Vcache. Even trying it on linux when I originally posted this support thread, proton had no issues translating arma and I had no issues with linux.

No I didn't. I have just stuck with 24H2 and waiting on a patch. Limit your fps to about 60 and it should minimize how long it takes for the stutters to occur and how severe they are. The still get bad, just not as quick.
I would partition a small amount on your driver and install 23H2 or Bazzite/ linux to tie you over until there is a patch. Save wiping your system and starting fresh

Glad to see I'm not alone now and there are plenty of reports. The common things I see are 24H2 windows and X3d Cpu's with Arma being the thing that is spiking the CPU. I even bought a 9800X3D in hopes that would fix it but no bueno. Hopefully we don't have to wait too long for some kind of a response that they are indeed looking into it or better yet have identified the issue. Makes it pretty unplayable tbh. I haven't booted it up since mid Jan and even then that was only for an hour until it was unplayable. Fingers crossed fellas!

The 1- 10 - sec hitches I experience happen all the way from 175fps down to 60, seems like the problem doesn't occur as quickly on lower frame rates, as in it takes longer for the hitches to start.
Uploading Complete PC specs to perhaps help
I can also supply images of cpu utilisation on linux with no spikes over 100 percent usage if that furthers my case
Geez,
Does reviewed mean that it has been passed on or the case is closed?
Thanks
Okay after a month I have been doing test. I am almost certain it is an arma reforger issue on 24h2 with x3d cpu's.

I should add that a friend also confirmed with a 7800x3d on 23h2 that he has no problems. It is clearly not a mod issue if friends are on the same server as me playing with the same mods that it is not a mod issue and a windows build issue. If it is the case, seeing as it is the next major build of windows releasing in the next few weeks, it should probably get addressed.
