I'm not sure if this is the same bug, but there is a house(House 1) with rusted scaffolding on the outside(which I would love to use the "V" button to get onto the roof and lay down!). Go just below the notch(right hand side of the ramp 3/4 of the way up the first plank) on the ramp then walk backwards towards the wall and you will fall in(going forwards does not seem to work!).
