Adding same as everyone else. Only thing is that it seems to be intermittent. I logged in after awhile, and server was dark. Exited out, and went to another server, lost everything. Started again on a different server, logged in and out to test, no issues. Exited, switched to a different server, and restarted me.

I have been alternating between three different servers now, and have had no issues whatsoever. When I pick a random server, I sometimes end up at the coast. When I go back to a confirmed server where I've had no issues, I get the old character back. I really do think it's a whitelist issue of some sort. I've been bouncing back and forth between these 3, which are hosted by 3 different entities, and have had no issues whatsoever now.

Although it may be Video Card related, it is not for me. Two Comps. One is an AMD card on a Win 8 platform, and the other is a Nvidia card on a Win 7 platform. Both comps I play on have a consistent stuttering issue when running around.

Guesses I have based upon my experience:

Building Rendering (Happens more in/near towns)
Item spawning (Happens frequently in towns while running around)
Overall Terrain Rendering (Happens occasionally even while outside, but usually when sprinting in a straight line)

Same issue. Random temporarily lockup when running. Many times this happens as cities start to render as well, but not always.
