I can confirm that aswell. A friend of me was having a desync of 20000 and saw me moonwalking on a spot where i've been 5 minutes ago.
He put it to a test and asked if he could shoot my moonwalking self.
I said it's ok because i was accutally right beside him. I saw him shooting and my screen turned black displaying "you are dead". He first didn't saw my dead body but after a while i apeared beside him.
It happened 15.01. His and my verion are 0.30.114008.

That's a good question...i just did what the bug report guide told to do so i took a look if there was a note about that issue allready. Either Spideklis edits his post or we open a new ticket^^
