I had this happen to a friend, the weird thing is when I went to bandage him I got a vehicle error.

I rejoined a server that had just restarted and spawned in as a new spawn. I was told if you wait 3-5 minutes to rejoin the server you will not spawn in as a new spawn. (Gameservers server). Seems to be occurring frequently. I will test the theory and post results.

Same here, happened twice. I rejoin servers I normally play, get the "Please wait..." If I press esc I can see where I am but the respawn option shows.
