actually its not that the game crashes a lot now, but its stuttering more than i used to. i will go from 70 fps to 0-10 then back up to 25. this is all while walking through electro (not running). keep in mind i took about a week and a half break, starting back up yesterday. Maybe an update caused this?

and yes, i can now see people text chat too, which i couldn't do before.

2 things:

1. yes, i can now hear people! yay!!! :D

2. game crashes fairly frequently now... not sure if it has anything to do with sound though

EDIT 2: okay, its set as default decive now. Should i now try playing Dayz or is there another step?

i cant believe this issue hasn't even been recognized by a dev or moderator. Dayz is shit to play without being able to hear people. at least a suggestion or advice would be nice. Like "try changing this setting" or something like that. I wish someone, anyone would help

no, my voip is all the way maxed out. Plus, i cant receive any written messages either!

Why is this not been addressed? this is the worst for me! i literally cant play dayz correctly and a week later the issue is still new??

@nerobp i don't think you understand. there's nothing there. at all. no matter how many servers we join.
