I am having the same issue, it usually shows ping, bandwidth and Desync at 0, but sometimes it'll show false numbers instead. I uploaded 2 screenshots taken at the same time, while the game told me i had no desync, it told my friend that mines was at 100,000. I was not able to move anything in my inventory, none of my hotkeys worked and when i finally met up with friends everyone was able to see me, accurately telling me where i was standing, when i stopped and started or laid prone, but i was not able to see anyone of them. I left and rejoined the server, i joined multiple other servers and the issue has persisted. Internet connection is fine, PC is running fine, have yet to delete and reinstall the game, but i doubt that would fix the issue.
Edit: I would also like to add that i am using Version 0.30.113953
