Just noticed there is a slight change in speed but it is very small compared to other weapons
Agree, been a thorn in the side through all Flashpont/ARMA games especially since many shooters today have got the active reloads right.
Also the animation for the "manouver handle" (not sure that is the English word, but i mean the handle you cock the weapon with) on the BLUEFOR assault rifles are way to slow in my opinion... it should snap forward as the mechanism puts a new round in compared to how it is now´when it slowly slides forward.
Like many have said the recoil seems fine exept for when going prone with a weapon with a tripod. The machineguns feel hand held even when prone.
Then again machineguns are not supposed to be to accurate since they are generally used for enemy suppression so some "spread" is wanted. Would be good if the enemy AI would react to this.
My suggestion however is either a fix to lower the recoil when prone with a tripod, but i would rather like to se a system wher the weapon is put "on the ground" just as in BF3 (with less recoil as a result).
