I had an issue when i looted a dead bodies Backpack on the second floor of a school building. After dragging the new backpack over my char it was attached to my back (even though the char animation showed it lying ON my feet)

Thing was, that my old backpack with my stuff wasnt in the vicinity area and could not be found anywhere near the looted body. When i finally gave up searching for it, I found it a floor beneath lying on the ground, whils exiting the building.

(This was in Elektrozavodsk)

Was just about to post the same issue - which can be quite annoying and adding to your paranoia :)

Maybe its doors automatically closing after some time ?

Died as well falling off of one of those scaffolds from the first level - which is just about man height.

Well i got hit once and bled for about 5secs, immidiately used a bandage. My Vision was blurred but once i entered (just entered - nothing changed) the video Config, my vision was clear again.

Without entering the Video Config the vision stayed blurry even after server changes.
