Any item that a players drops on the ground will be deleted after server restart.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Join any Public Server
2. Drop any Item on the ground ( Weapon, Clothing, Food etc.)
3. Restart Server and check exact local where you previously dropped the items
4. Items are Gone

whenever you light a flare regardless where you stand the flare will disapear after trowing

I had the same Issue and helped when entering the game for the first time. However when I try to connect to a server which is for e.g down or some other reason I can´t connect ( getting the error message unable to establish connection or connection failed) I am unable to join any other server. If I then click on refresh no server comes up anymore for about 3-5 minutes. After that time slowly one by one server gets displayed again.
