I thought it might be an altitude problem as I was using 2000m pretty consistently for my waypoints but I just confirmed that the altitude does not matter.  The Falcon waypoint system is completely broken as I tried all of them and none of them would make it even come close to actually getting to a waypoint.  I manually attained 200m, 500m and 2000m before I set the movement waypoint and it did not get there no matter what.  I did get the Darter to a waypoint by using the hold waypoint mode once but only once out of 6 times that I tried.  Otherwise they both spin out of control not seeming to know where they waypoint that I set was.  Also a major bug is that you can't release the autonomous mode at all once you give them a waypoint.  I tried deleting the waypoint and turning off  autonomous in the terminal but they continue to try to get to the waypoint that was set earlier..
