Here's a man with personal experience and secondary evidence from colleagues saying that women do not work in military.
This isn't administration, this isn't law, this isn't medicine. This is war. Combat.

Look at Kurdistan. Their women fight in their military at almost 50/50. They're extremely ineffective.
Most women in warfare have fought only because men ran out. They fight in defensive rolls. Someone else pointed out that civillians fight, too, when they're invaded. Children do, as well. This doesn't make them effective. Besides a few bills saying women are allowed in combat MOS' in the future, there is a whole lot more evidence showing that they will be shown to be too ineffectual.

You can throw all the sources you want at me, I'll throw you 10 more showing men in combat, who weren't trained, who were more effective.

Also, it simply isn't a good use of developmental resources. Post-release, sure. Go for it.
