Steps to reproduce:
1 Set playable version to 0.32.114557 or lower
2 Spawn with a new character and die
3 Set playable version to latest version 0.34.115106
4 Attempt to respawn

The issue seems to occur when the user was already dead prior to receiving the patch containing the server hop fix

Observed behavior:
The user spawns with a message stating "You are dead" with a greyed out respwn option
Leaving and reentering any server will leave the user on "Please wait" screen for ever but with the Respawn option available
Using the respawn option will cause the user to reach the timer screen upon which either "you are unconscious" or "you are dead" messages will appear over and over

Side note: Hardcore works fine for me only the regular hive is affected (never been in any prior to the server hop fix patch)
