Apart from the fact this is a Alpha and most of the game assets are missing, on a purely factual level, front line units with females in them have higher casualty rates and lower combat effectiveness.

That being said lasses make great Snipers and Combat Pilots and whatnot.

I believe in true equality, ya get the best person for the job, none of this emotional equality bullshit where they try and say 50% of a certain thing have to be 'whoevers feeling butthurt', if someone is good enough to do a job to the standard expected then cool go for it, trying to say I should get it because my feelings are hurt is quite frankly a bit weak.

I've known lads that have been denied University Courses when they were more qualified than most other applicants just because they weren't Female, I've known guys who have been reprimanded in their workplace just he wouldn't pick up something for a girl because she wasn't big enough to do it even though it was in 'the Job Description' and every person applying was expected to be able to do, if she wanted the job she should of done some weights or something not expect others to fall behind quota to do her job for her. And don't get me started on how unbalanced the family court system and whatnot is. Sexism ain't just one way mate.
