I also have a both Fragnet and Multiplay servers and am experiencing this on both providers.
It is very possible you have infected wounds. You can heal them by applying alcohol tincture to the woundDO NOT DRINK or eating the less commonly found antibiotics.
Stage 1 – My wounds are itchy / I have itchy wounds
This stage of Sickness will last up to 10 minutes, and you will lose a very modest 0.05 water per second. If you do not cure your sickness while in this stage, you will progress to Stage 2.
Stage 2 – My wounds are infected / I have infected wounds
This stage of sickness will last up to 20 minutes, and you will lose 3 water per second, 0.3% blood per second and 0.1% health per second. If you do not cure your sickness while in this stage, you will progress to Stage 3.
Stage 3 – My wounds are seriously infected / I have seriously infected wounds
This stage of sickness will last up to 40 minutes, and while infected you will lose 5 water per second, 0.1% blood per second and 0.3% health per second. If you do not cure your sickness while in this stage, you will progress to Stage 4.

As it turns out, the tires are actually still there. If you use a lug wrench where the tire disappeared you will have the option to remove the tire. You can then reattach the tire as normal.
Thanks for the constructive feedback Synapse.
This happened to us as well, and when we eventually got all four tires on at once the hatchback was nearly uncontrollable. It kept pulling to the left and sliding all over the place. It looked as if the wheels were buried beneath the surface of the ground, so that may be a separate issue.
Again Synapse, thank you for being so constructive. Go cry about the game on reddit like the rest of the people who don't know how to contribute. This is for posting bugs, not rants.
But we had the same thing happen, except with the offroad hatchback. When we eventually got all four tires on at once the hatchback was nearly uncontrollable. It kept pulling to the left and sliding all over the place. It looked as if the wheels were buried beneath the surface of the ground. Slightly on the right side, to the rim on the left side. We were still able to get it to where we wanted it, but going uphill/offroad at all would have been impossible.
This was reported as an issue in March of 2015. It was fixed long ago
