Why won't it let me down vote this little kid's issue so it doesn't waste the Dev team's valuable time?

It's simple. Include female base models in ARMA3. It's up to mission makers to use them or not. We have female characters anyway in ARMA2 but only as civilian models, so the whole argument against females in ARMA3 is pointles.

Lastly, there is already female models for ARMA3 (just not in Alpha). With the clothing system that comes with ARMA3, it will be as simple as changing their clothing into military gear to make them soldiers. You couldn't do that with ARMA2, but with ARMA3 you can easily turn a female civilian into a soldier by changing her clothing.
