If you are playing on XBOX next time this happens try going to your network advanced settings and CLEAR ALTERNATE MAC ADDRESS. Your console will restart and you should be able to log back in. Pass it on if it comes up with friends.

A easy solution to this is to go to your settings on XBOX and under network advanced settings CLEAR ALTERNATE MAC address.
