Description says "suitable to higher altitudes its designed to keep you warm yet flexible" but the insulation value is low so if you go north towards nwaf and tisy you're always cold and getting sick because of it. If its "designed to keep you warm at higher altitudes" then they should have the same amount of insulation as the hiking jacket which has high insulation.
