I was playing and then me and my Friends went out to set you and then my game Froze and now it wont let me log back on the server it says "Connection Failed an unknown error has occurred" and I can play other servers but I dont want to lose my progress on my base I've done everything I can think of and have looked on Reddit and no one can find a solution to fixing it so now I can't play

If you are playing on XBOX next time this happens try going to your network advanced settings and CLEAR ALTERNATE MAC ADDRESS. Your console will restart and you should be able to log back in. Pass it on if it comes up with friends.
