Q1 = New renderer, so be patient. They are going to fix it when they first get their new renderer in. Let them have their holidays.
I believe the fps problem is something to do with objects.
the engine renders all objects near you and that causes fps to go down, when u turn your objects quality to low quality, you have steady 60 fps, because u dont render so many objects. I suggest you to turn your objects quality to very low, because you really dont see what is in the houses / rooms if your outside. So if your objects are high quality, you will render all the objects like 50 meter near you, even if u dont see them.
