Additional info:
Played on 2 servers, encountered the error and was booted on the 2nd server.
Error occurred on [OFFICIAL] Conflict Full - 11027725
Server had 32 or close to 32 players at the time of the error.

Played on an official server, here's my error log:

I am also running the game on a 1080 and have not encountered any of these issues.

This issue is pervasive and, as far as I've seen, extremely widespread. Roughly half of all players I've talked to in my ≈40 hours of gameplay have said that this is a constant issue for them. It's making the game extremely irritating to play.
