Certainly in the British Army womed have been in all but infantry & "teeth" arms for quite a while. Having female pilots, possibly tank crews & medics woul only add imersion. The fact that some people will inevitably produce certain mods in no way distracts from the fact that having female soliders in the game would make it more realistic.
