I have a folder with the name DirectX and thats it... I dont have a dxdiag folder

Ok, I found some thing. I deleted all steam components to see if some thing was colliding with it, I now found some thing that might be of use, now when I try to start the game it says (title) arma3.exe - Unable To Locate Component
(disc) This application has failed to start because d3d11.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
What should I do? Ive re-installed Arma3 about 5 times and it wont change.

@Astaroth Ive got AVG, Ill try. But it never give problems when it comes to games.

@JSNFARRELL None of those worked...
@Astaroth There is no arma 3 folder, it has not made any since I cant actually open the game.
