Actually last night after some googling I performed a different set of steps that resolved the issue for me. (Verify cache and use the new dialogue box to clear logs and user data/Disable Discord overlay) and that fixed the issue for me.

I will try to make a video when I get a chance. One question before I continue though. This is a bug I found in the last .63 stress test. I get the sense that I may have posted this bug in the wrong place. But I wasn't sure as there is no specific category for .63 bug reports.
