AmauryD added a comment to T83346: arma3server don't run on my Debian Dedicated Server.
I fixed the problem by adding a -config=server.cfg field to the launch parameters , i don't know what cause this problem but it works.
My launch script : ./arma3server -name=server -config=server.cfg
