Respawned on coast. Ate my food that was inventory and camped out by apple trees collected apples as they spawned. Ate at least 20 apples! to get full health. Had 3/4 health ate 6 Wolf steaks for full health.

Happened again today in a house saw some bullets hit vicinity to pick up bullets had backpack in hand. Picked up bullets and backpack dropped and disappeared.
