Actually I found out that now when you shoot the ground or walls it hardly glitches, but if you shoot and entity it will work just once. If you shoot again after hitting an entity such as a player or a zombie then it glitches out.

The bug is still there after the last update

so this is the video of me shooting the shotgun and it glitched. I shot just once a buckshot and then I couldn't damage anyone or anything.

Just wanted to inform, even though you might already know this, that the new update didn't fix this bug. Now I want to make clear that in the same server I play other people can use the shotguns with no problem, but I can't. I'm on the Xbox One X and I'm connected from Italy to an American server. I don't know if this might be the reason of the problem.

Hello again. I just found out this glitch happens with other guns, such as shotguns, smgs, pistols ecc... Also it won't allow to deal damage by shooting, but the melee actually works just fine.
