Yeah I'm having the same issue. I believe they changed the fence kits so things clip less but it's a shame as it's making it difficult to build bases anywhere. We were going to make a aparement base but cant even cover the windows in the hallway even if we rotate to make sure it doesn't clip. Hopefully they change it in the future or improve the building mechanic as we dont want to make a base with flaws it's easy enough to raid lol.
