No I am not in party chat

When using PTT or voice activated voice, neither allows me to speak in game chat. I can hear other players, but it does not activate the icon on the bottom of the screen showing I am talking. Please help.

When playing 1080P on 144Hz Monitor with freesync. No issues. I bought a 4K Monitor and can run up to 144Hz. SOmetimes the game crashes and needs to be opened up again. The application closes itself.
