No sound for walking/running on tarmac at NEAF

Description

When running or walking on the runways at the NEAF, there were no hearable sounds. However, running on grass and other surfaces, including tarmac in other areas, was functioning.

Still apparent as of 50.125214 experimental.

No sound for footsteps when running across the pavement in the middle of NEAF.
