Im not sure if it is the rain specifically, but me and a couple of clan members were playing together and we all noticed that our preformance was hit pretty hard. We all had a 10-15 FPS drop and latency issues. I think its was the rain because the harder it was raining, the more issues we had. I would also like to note that we all tried turning our video settings down, had low ping, and 0-10 desync.

Rain doesn't seem to be giving me performance issues what-so-ever. Been playing on servers that have had it all day without issues relating to the rain specifically.
It's possibly related to another already noted issue in regards to old gear from previous FPS drops. Also could be related to the flickering issue on the M4s.

My bandwidth is totally fucked. The game uses 90% of it. I think the lag comes from there. Check your bandwidth.
You may be right bolamshea because I was just playing again alone and it seemed to be doing fine(although it wasnt raining either), and when I first started playing the first time it wasnt too big of a problem, but when we all met up about 3 minutes later it started to freak out.
I don't think it's the rain that's creating this problem.
I was logged in with a couple of friends - at either end of the airfield. They were at the air traffic tower, I was near the tents. We were all fine.
As I walked towards them (they stayed where they were), as I reached the fenced off courtyard area next to the fire station, then screen juddering started.
If I then backed off, it would then go smoothly.
When we got together, one of us logged off, and the frame rate of the others then increased to a playable level, then when logging back in, it dropped through the floor again.
When just 2 players were together it seemed to be fine. 3 and it drops.

Not sure if it's the rain to be honest as I was having the same problem when it wasn't raining, I was in Elektro, however I had a friend in Kamyshovo where it was raining so again, it could be I'm just unsure.
