Some of the doorways in the big 12 storey apartment blocks cannot be walked through despite there being no apparent blockage or hindrance. However some that have bits of the doorframe sticking into the doorway can actually be walked through (but not all). I also encountered this issue in the supermarket in the back area, where some shelves have fallen over the player should clearly be able to walk through but your character is stuck running on the spot.
