because this engine needs more CPU power... clean your heatsink from the dust could help you aswell
regards...
To solve your problem we need dxdiag and all files from this folder: "C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\DayZ\"
Can you pack the files in winrar and upload it somewhere please?
When the *.rar will be smaller than 2.097k, you can attach it here. Thank you.
I have also had a BSOD so I uploaded the info, but I don't know whether it's an issue with the game. I updated to Catalyst 13.9 yesterday, and I figured that could have something to do with it.
As others have said, not an issue with the game! Clean the dust out of your PC! (or reseat the heatsink with fresh thermal paste)
Simply not cool at all for you guys to down for an issue you know nothing about. All issues are taken into account. get off your high horse and just accept it.
kkthnx well they are right in a way its not a game relative issue so to say as it seems to be him only who have the issue and if only 1% of the player base have a overheating problem it is most likely to be a bad cooler OR a ton of junk in it i run the game on maximum every little setting i also oced my cpu from 3.7 to 5.0 and i never go above 50 degrees c not even at load yeah this game is demanding on cpu more then gpu but as i said earlier if only 1% have a issue it wont be fixed soon IF it even is a game relative problem.
my best tip for konstabro is clean your entire pc from dust in heatsinks fans everywhere. remove the cooler and remove the old TP apply new and apply it properly and get a good mount 95% of all thermal problems comes from either bad application of TP or a bad mount so check that and update this post if it helped it could also be so simple that your cooler is not good enough only you have the power to find out.
I would think that any cpu should be installed and operated so that the cpu can run at a constant 100% load without crashing.
I don't think there should be an option to downvote issues.
If it isn't a valid issue then it should be closed.
If there is something lacking in the report then you should say so in the notes.
CPU overheating is not the fault of the game
its the fault of clogged up heatsing/too small heatsink
