Drink from well = Cannot drink anything else ever

Description

I took a drink from a well, a short while (about 10 seconds) after I had a drink I needed another one despite saying my thirst was quenched. I ignored this one. Then when it became incessantly annoying i tried to drink from the well again. The option to 'Drink Water' is there but nothing happens when you click on it. I would test out drinking from a container but there's simply no food or drink or containers anywhere right now.

Also when you drink from a well it says "you took a drink from the pond"

My first attempt to take a drink was from a well. The option to take a drink is there, however it doesn't seem to work. My character keeps complaining of being thirsty (within seconds of taking a drink). It isn't obvious if I need something else like a bottle, though intuitively, I should be able to drink as much as I want as long as I'm beside the well. I died about 10 minutes after this, I assume to dehydration (I had run from the coast to Guglovo)

Same issue, the option to drink is there but isn't working.

same issue. option to drink from pond wouldnt show up either.
